Product Details

Product Overview:
The ceiling‑mounted fresh air ventilator (ceiling‑type air handling unit) is a central air‑conditioning terminal unit that integrates fresh air exchange, air temperature and humidity control, air filtration and purification, and energy recovery. The unit features a concealed ceiling installation, suspended within the building’s suspended ceiling, and utilizes chilled water or hot water piping to provide cooling and heating. It simultaneously exhausts indoor stale air and supplies filtered outdoor fresh air, thereby improving indoor air quality in enclosed spaces while regulating air temperature through heat‑exchanger coils. Combining ventilation and central air‑conditioning air‑treatment functions, it delivers energy savings and occupies no floor space, making it widely suitable for fresh‑air systems in commercial, industrial, and large public buildings.
The entire cabinet is constructed from insulated color‑steel composite panels, with an aluminum alloy frame and rubber‑sealed corners, ensuring excellent airtightness and low air leakage. It features an integrated noise‑reduction design for quiet operation, and its modular functional sections can be configured to suit specific needs—such as primary/medium‑efficiency filtration, chilled‑water heating, humidification, sterilization, and total heat recovery units.

Product usage scenarios:
1. Commercial Public Buildings:
Shopping malls and supermarkets, office buildings, chain hotels and guesthouses, cinemas and KTVs, and restaurants and banquet halls; in enclosed commercial spaces without exterior windows, centralized fresh-air ventilation combined with heating and cooling airflow can effectively address oxygen deficiency and unpleasant odors.
2. Educational, cultural, and medical facilities:
School classrooms, hospital wards, laboratories, and libraries—where high air cleanliness is required—can be equipped with multi-stage filtration combined with a sterilization module to control cross-contamination and continuously supply clean, fresh air.
3. Industrial Production Space:
Electronic cleanrooms, food-processing facilities, and precision‑equipment server rooms; constant‑temperature and constant‑humidity fresh‑air handling ensures that workshop temperature, humidity, and air cleanliness meet the required standards.
4. Large-scale ancillary spaces:
Clubhouse showroom, gym, underground garage utility room, and whole-house central ventilation system for large villas; concealed ceiling installation preserves the interior finish while seamlessly integrating ventilation with the central air-conditioning temperature control.

Cross-flow air curtain machine

The cross‑flow air curtain employs a large‑diameter, slender cross‑flow impeller—also known as a tangential fan—directly driven by a single‑phase motor to generate a wide, planar, high‑velocity airflow. It is installed above or on the side of doorways. The unit features a flat, rectangular profile with a much reduced depth compared to centrifugal models, allowing it to seamlessly integrate into various ceiling designs. It is particularly well suited for spaces with limited headroom and where aesthetics and quiet operation are paramount, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, office buildings, banks, hospitals, and residential garages.

Cooling coil

Our company’s surface-type coolers are among the core heat-exchange devices in air-conditioning and ventilation systems. They are primarily used to cool and dehumidify air, and can also be switched to hot-water or steam mode during winter to provide air heating. By utilizing a refrigerant (such as chilled water, refrigerant, or brine) or a heat-transfer medium (such as hot water or steam) flowing inside the tubes, these units facilitate forced‑convection heat exchange with the air flowing outside the tubes, thereby regulating air temperature and humidity. As the central heat-exchange components of chiller units, fresh-air handling units, fan coil units, and other equipment, they offer high heat-exchange efficiency, flexible installation, and broad compatibility.

Fresh air ventilator

The ceiling‑mounted fresh air ventilator (ceiling‑type air handling unit) is a central air‑conditioning terminal unit that integrates fresh air exchange, air temperature and humidity control, air filtration and purification, and energy recovery. The unit features a concealed ceiling‑mount installation, suspended within the building’s suspended ceiling. It utilizes chilled water or hot water piping to provide cooling and heating, while simultaneously exhausting indoor stale air and supplying filtered outdoor fresh air. This system not only enhances indoor air quality in enclosed spaces but also regulates air temperature through heat‑exchanger coils, offering both ventilation and central air‑conditioning functions. It delivers energy savings, minimizes floor space occupation, and is widely suited for integration into fresh air systems in commercial, industrial, and large public buildings.

Q-type steam heater

Our company’s Q‑type air heater is an industrial‑grade, forced‑convection heating unit that uses water or steam as the heat transfer medium. It is specifically designed for large‑space applications such as factory and mine workshops, warehouses, large buildings, and drying rooms. The equipment consists of a fan, an electric motor, and a steel finned‑tube radiator integrated into a single unit. Performance tests have demonstrated its stable and reliable operation. By combining “steam heat exchange with forced air supply,” it rapidly heats the air, delivering highly efficient heating and making it one of the mainstream solutions for heating high‑ceiling spaces.
