Product Details

Product Introduction:
A floor‑mounted fan coil unit is an air-conditioning terminal device installed beneath a raised access floor, typically used in conjunction with underfloor air diffusers to provide zoned cooling or heating for modern open‑plan offices, commercial lobbies, exhibition halls, and similar spaces. It efficiently transfers heat between the chilled or heated water from the central HVAC system and the indoor air, delivering supply air from the plenum below and creating a favorable downward‑supply, upward‑return airflow pattern. This makes it a concealed alternative to conventional ceiling‑mounted fan coil units.
Main functions of the Products:
1. Cooling and Heating
In winter, hot water is circulated for heating, while in summer, chilled water is circulated for cooling; when paired with a temperature control system, it enables highly precise room‑temperature regulation within ±1°C.
2. Downward Airflow Pattern
Air is supplied from beneath the floor and delivered directly into the occupied zone through floor grilles or swirl diffusers, providing a gentle airflow and uniform temperature distribution without any draft sensation, thereby enabling more efficient utilization of fresh air.
3. Saves overhead space
There’s no need for a suspended ceiling to conceal equipment and ductwork, which effectively increases the room’s clear height—making it especially well-suited for open-plan spaces with limited floor-to-ceiling height that still aspire to a modern aesthetic.
4. Independent zone control
It can be integrated with electric or motorized water valves and independent thermostats, allowing each workstation area or individual compartment to set its own temperature, enabling on-demand cooling and heating and delivering significant energy savings.
5. Low-noise operation
Structurally, the fan is housed in a sealed enclosure beneath the floor, with vibration‑damping and sound‑absorbing measures commonly employed between the enclosure and the fan, resulting in extremely low operating noise that does not disturb the indoor acoustic environment.
6. Easy Maintenance and Upgrades
The unit is installed beneath the floor in a location that facilitates maintenance; simply lift the corresponding floor panel to clean the filter, inspect the motor and coil, without disrupting the overall office layout.

Cross-flow air curtain machine

The cross‑flow air curtain employs a large‑diameter, slender cross‑flow impeller—also known as a tangential fan—directly driven by a single‑phase motor to generate a wide, planar, high‑velocity airflow. It is installed above or on the side of doorways. The unit features a flat, rectangular profile with a much reduced depth compared to centrifugal models, allowing it to seamlessly integrate into various ceiling designs. It is particularly well suited for spaces with limited headroom and where aesthetics and quiet operation are paramount, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, office buildings, banks, hospitals, and residential garages.

Cooling coil

Our company’s surface-type coolers are among the core heat-exchange devices in air-conditioning and ventilation systems. They are primarily used to cool and dehumidify air, and can also be switched to hot-water or steam mode during winter to provide air heating. By utilizing a refrigerant (such as chilled water, refrigerant, or brine) or a heat-transfer medium (such as hot water or steam) flowing inside the tubes, these units facilitate forced‑convection heat exchange with the air flowing outside the tubes, thereby regulating air temperature and humidity. As the central heat-exchange components of chiller units, fresh-air handling units, fan coil units, and other equipment, they offer high heat-exchange efficiency, flexible installation, and broad compatibility.

Fresh air ventilator

The ceiling‑mounted fresh air ventilator (ceiling‑type air handling unit) is a central air‑conditioning terminal unit that integrates fresh air exchange, air temperature and humidity control, air filtration and purification, and energy recovery. The unit features a concealed ceiling‑mount installation, suspended within the building’s suspended ceiling. It utilizes chilled water or hot water piping to provide cooling and heating, while simultaneously exhausting indoor stale air and supplying filtered outdoor fresh air. This system not only enhances indoor air quality in enclosed spaces but also regulates air temperature through heat‑exchanger coils, offering both ventilation and central air‑conditioning functions. It delivers energy savings, minimizes floor space occupation, and is widely suited for integration into fresh air systems in commercial, industrial, and large public buildings.

Q-type steam heater

Our company’s Q‑type air heater is an industrial‑grade, forced‑convection heating unit that uses water or steam as the heat transfer medium. It is specifically designed for large‑space applications such as factory and mine workshops, warehouses, large buildings, and drying rooms. The equipment consists of a fan, an electric motor, and a steel finned‑tube radiator integrated into a single unit. Performance tests have demonstrated its stable and reliable operation. By combining “steam heat exchange with forced air supply,” it rapidly heats the air, delivering highly efficient heating and making it one of the mainstream solutions for heating high‑ceiling spaces.
