Product Details

Product Introduction:
The vertical surface‑mounted fan coil unit is a floor‑standing air-conditioning terminal device that can be placed directly beneath a window sill, against a wall, or in a corner. The unit features a stylish powder‑coated housing, eliminating the need for ceiling installation or specialized renovations; it can be mounted openly in the room like a radiator, seamlessly blending with a variety of interior styles. With its vertical airflow—returning air from below and supplying air from above—it effectively counteracts cold radiation from windows and drafts, making it ideal for applications such as hotel rooms, offices, apartments, clinics, and restaurants where heating and cooling are required but suspended ceilings are not feasible.
Main functions of the Products:
1. Cooling and Heating: After switching between the chilled and heated water sources, the unit can deliver either cold or warm air to the indoor space, and, in conjunction with electric valves and thermostats, enables precise temperature control in each room.
2. Natural Convection and Forced Airflow: The supply air outlet is equipped with double- or multi-layer adjustable louvers, enabling high‑velocity cold air to be delivered forward and upward while low‑velocity warm air is directed downward. This design also leverages the natural buoyancy of warm air to create an optimal airflow pattern, preventing direct exposure of occupants to cold drafts.
3. Independent zone control: Each unit is an independent module, capable of start-up and shutdown at any time, with three-speed or stepless speed control, enabling on-demand operation and preventing energy waste.
4. Indoor air circulation and purification: A pull-out air filter is built into the back of the return-air panel, continuously filtering fibers and dust from the room air to keep indoor air fresh.
5. Low-noise operation: The fan, air ducts, and cabinet are all equipped with sound‑absorbing treatments, ensuring quiet operation that does not disturb indoor conversations or rest.
6. Combines decoration with practicality: The enclosure is crafted from high-quality steel sheet with an electrostatic powder coating, available in colors customized to match your interior design—standard options are ivory white or off-white. A thickened countertop is also available as an optional feature for convenient item placement.
7. Minimalist Installation: No suspended ceiling or ductwork is required; simply connect the chilled and hot water pipes, the condensate drain line, and the power supply to put it into operation. Installation is quick, and retrofitting is convenient.

Cross-flow air curtain machine

The cross‑flow air curtain employs a large‑diameter, slender cross‑flow impeller—also known as a tangential fan—directly driven by a single‑phase motor to generate a wide, planar, high‑velocity airflow. It is installed above or on the side of doorways. The unit features a flat, rectangular profile with a much reduced depth compared to centrifugal models, allowing it to seamlessly integrate into various ceiling designs. It is particularly well suited for spaces with limited headroom and where aesthetics and quiet operation are paramount, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, office buildings, banks, hospitals, and residential garages.

Cooling coil

Our company’s surface-type coolers are among the core heat-exchange devices in air-conditioning and ventilation systems. They are primarily used to cool and dehumidify air, and can also be switched to hot-water or steam mode during winter to provide air heating. By utilizing a refrigerant (such as chilled water, refrigerant, or brine) or a heat-transfer medium (such as hot water or steam) flowing inside the tubes, these units facilitate forced‑convection heat exchange with the air flowing outside the tubes, thereby regulating air temperature and humidity. As the central heat-exchange components of chiller units, fresh-air handling units, fan coil units, and other equipment, they offer high heat-exchange efficiency, flexible installation, and broad compatibility.

Fresh air ventilator

The ceiling‑mounted fresh air ventilator (ceiling‑type air handling unit) is a central air‑conditioning terminal unit that integrates fresh air exchange, air temperature and humidity control, air filtration and purification, and energy recovery. The unit features a concealed ceiling‑mount installation, suspended within the building’s suspended ceiling. It utilizes chilled water or hot water piping to provide cooling and heating, while simultaneously exhausting indoor stale air and supplying filtered outdoor fresh air. This system not only enhances indoor air quality in enclosed spaces but also regulates air temperature through heat‑exchanger coils, offering both ventilation and central air‑conditioning functions. It delivers energy savings, minimizes floor space occupation, and is widely suited for integration into fresh air systems in commercial, industrial, and large public buildings.

Q-type steam heater

Our company’s Q‑type air heater is an industrial‑grade, forced‑convection heating unit that uses water or steam as the heat transfer medium. It is specifically designed for large‑space applications such as factory and mine workshops, warehouses, large buildings, and drying rooms. The equipment consists of a fan, an electric motor, and a steel finned‑tube radiator integrated into a single unit. Performance tests have demonstrated its stable and reliable operation. By combining “steam heat exchange with forced air supply,” it rapidly heats the air, delivering highly efficient heating and making it one of the mainstream solutions for heating high‑ceiling spaces.
