Product Details

Product Introduction:
Cabinet-type fan coil units are terminal air-conditioning devices that feature a cabinet‑style, floor‑mounted design and deliver significantly higher airflow rates and external static pressures than conventional fan coil units. They consist of a cabinet frame, a low‑noise centrifugal fan, high‑efficiency heat exchange coils, a filtration section, and other functional modules. These units can be installed directly in air‑handling rooms, workshop mezzanines, or dedicated HVAC zones, and they achieve long‑distance, large‑area air conditioning through connections to supply and return ductwork. They are widely used for comfort cooling in tall, open spaces such as shopping malls, restaurants, large conference rooms, exhibition halls, industrial plants, and waiting areas, and can also serve as cleanroom air‑conditioning systems or process‑cooling applications.
Main functions of the Products:
1. High airflow volume and high static pressure ventilation: It can overcome the resistance of long ductwork, multiple air outlets, and various types of valves, delivering treated air evenly to areas located tens of meters away.
2. Cooling and Heating: By supplying chilled or hot water to the central air-conditioning system, its powerful heat-exchange capability enables rapid temperature regulation in large spaces. Paired with a proportional‑integral valve and a thermostat, it delivers highly precise temperature control.
3. Multi-stage air purification: The unit can be equipped with primary, medium, or even sub‑HEPA filters, effectively capturing airborne particulates in large spaces and meeting air quality requirements for high‑occupancy or cleanroom environments.
4. Flexible mixed-air adjustment: It is equipped with a fresh‑air and return‑air mixing section (optionally fitted with an adjustable damper), enabling proportional introduction of outdoor fresh air to enhance indoor air quality, and allowing full‑fresh‑air operation during the transitional seasons to leverage natural cooling for energy savings.
5. Variable-frequency energy-saving operation: A DC brushless EC motor can be selected, or a variable-frequency drive can be added, to enable stepless airflow regulation, allowing the system to operate according to actual load requirements and significantly reducing energy consumption under partial-load conditions.
6. Quiet operation and robust structure: The cabinet features a double‑wall construction or built‑in sound‑absorbing materials, and its low‑speed fan design ensures noise levels significantly lower than those of ceiling‑mounted units with the same airflow. Moreover, its robust overall structure makes it well suited for long‑term continuous operation.

Cross-flow air curtain machine

The cross‑flow air curtain employs a large‑diameter, slender cross‑flow impeller—also known as a tangential fan—directly driven by a single‑phase motor to generate a wide, planar, high‑velocity airflow. It is installed above or on the side of doorways. The unit features a flat, rectangular profile with a much reduced depth compared to centrifugal models, allowing it to seamlessly integrate into various ceiling designs. It is particularly well suited for spaces with limited headroom and where aesthetics and quiet operation are paramount, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, office buildings, banks, hospitals, and residential garages.

Cooling coil

Our company’s surface-type coolers are among the core heat-exchange devices in air-conditioning and ventilation systems. They are primarily used to cool and dehumidify air, and can also be switched to hot-water or steam mode during winter to provide air heating. By utilizing a refrigerant (such as chilled water, refrigerant, or brine) or a heat-transfer medium (such as hot water or steam) flowing inside the tubes, these units facilitate forced‑convection heat exchange with the air flowing outside the tubes, thereby regulating air temperature and humidity. As the central heat-exchange components of chiller units, fresh-air handling units, fan coil units, and other equipment, they offer high heat-exchange efficiency, flexible installation, and broad compatibility.

Fresh air ventilator

The ceiling‑mounted fresh air ventilator (ceiling‑type air handling unit) is a central air‑conditioning terminal unit that integrates fresh air exchange, air temperature and humidity control, air filtration and purification, and energy recovery. The unit features a concealed ceiling‑mount installation, suspended within the building’s suspended ceiling. It utilizes chilled water or hot water piping to provide cooling and heating, while simultaneously exhausting indoor stale air and supplying filtered outdoor fresh air. This system not only enhances indoor air quality in enclosed spaces but also regulates air temperature through heat‑exchanger coils, offering both ventilation and central air‑conditioning functions. It delivers energy savings, minimizes floor space occupation, and is widely suited for integration into fresh air systems in commercial, industrial, and large public buildings.

Q-type steam heater

Our company’s Q‑type air heater is an industrial‑grade, forced‑convection heating unit that uses water or steam as the heat transfer medium. It is specifically designed for large‑space applications such as factory and mine workshops, warehouses, large buildings, and drying rooms. The equipment consists of a fan, an electric motor, and a steel finned‑tube radiator integrated into a single unit. Performance tests have demonstrated its stable and reliable operation. By combining “steam heat exchange with forced air supply,” it rapidly heats the air, delivering highly efficient heating and making it one of the mainstream solutions for heating high‑ceiling spaces.
