Product Details

Product Overview:
The purification fan unit is an integrated air‑purification and ventilation system that combines air filtration, powered supply and exhaust ventilation, and in‑cabinet noise reduction. It incorporates a filtration module and a low‑noise centrifugal fan, making it a core component of cleanroom ventilation systems. The unit features a modular cabinet design, with a front‑mounted pre‑ and medium‑efficiency filtration module (as shown, with externally accessible pull‑out filter sections). Powered by a built‑in centrifugal fan, it ensures forced air circulation, filtering out dust, fibrous materials, and suspended particulates during both supply and exhaust operations. Depending on the application, high‑efficiency HEPA filters or activated‑carbon adsorption modules can be optionally configured, providing dual functionality for ventilation and air purification. The entire unit boasts excellent cabinet sealing, low operating noise, and convenient maintenance, making it well suited to both clean‑air supply and contaminated‑air exhaust scenarios. It is the preferred choice for cleanrooms, commercial ventilation, and industrial exhaust‑gas pretreatment.

Additional Parameter Notes
Customizable airflow pressure: For high static pressure applications (e.g., excessively long ductwork or numerous bends), the pressure can be increased to 1200–1600 Pa by upgrading the motor power.
Filter upgrade: Adding an H13 high-efficiency filter reduces airflow by 10%–15%, while adding an activated carbon adsorption section reduces airflow by 15%–20%.
Variable-frequency optional: All models can be equipped with a variable-frequency motor, enabling stepless airflow adjustment from 30% to 100% of the rated value.
Material change: Stainless steel cabinet (304); external dimensions remain unchanged; add the suffix “S” to the procurement model number, e.g., JH-3000S.
Voltage: For low‑airflow models JH1000–JH3000, a 220V single-phase motor is optional; all other standard models use 380V.

Scope of Product Use:
(1) Clean Air Supply Scenario (Positive Pressure Ventilation)
Pharmaceutical and Food Production Workshops: GMP‑compliant pharmaceutical facilities, health‑food production lines, and bakery workshops—providing clean, fresh air supply.
Electronic Precision Manufacturing: Air supply and purification for cleanrooms in the semiconductor, PCB, and instrumentation industries.
Healthcare: Fresh-air filtration systems for hospital operating rooms, clinical laboratories, and ICU wards;
Commercial buildings: central air-conditioning and fresh-air purification units for office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, and cinemas.
(II) Polluted Exhaust Ventilation Scenario (Negative-Pressure Exhaust)
Laboratory / Chemical Engineering: Physicochemical laboratory, analytical laboratory, and chemical storage room—exhaust ventilation for pre‑treatment of hazardous gases (optional activated carbon filtration);
Light‑industry workshop: dust and odour exhaust ventilation and purification for printing, painting, furniture, and lithium‑battery operations;
Public sanitation: odor‑control ventilation filtration for waste stations, sewage pump rooms, and underground parking garages;
Specialized industries: dust removal and ventilation systems for tobacco, textile, and livestock‑raising facilities.
(3) Other Operating Conditions
The fresh-air system’s pre‑filter unit, the equipment room’s ventilation and air exchange, and the front‑end filtration for exhaust‑gas pretreatment can all be integrated into a complete ventilation and purification system via ductwork.

Cross-flow air curtain machine

The cross‑flow air curtain employs a large‑diameter, slender cross‑flow impeller—also known as a tangential fan—directly driven by a single‑phase motor to generate a wide, planar, high‑velocity airflow. It is installed above or on the side of doorways. The unit features a flat, rectangular profile with a much reduced depth compared to centrifugal models, allowing it to seamlessly integrate into various ceiling designs. It is particularly well suited for spaces with limited headroom and where aesthetics and quiet operation are paramount, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, office buildings, banks, hospitals, and residential garages.

Cooling coil

Our company’s surface-type coolers are among the core heat-exchange devices in air-conditioning and ventilation systems. They are primarily used to cool and dehumidify air, and can also be switched to hot-water or steam mode during winter to provide air heating. By utilizing a refrigerant (such as chilled water, refrigerant, or brine) or a heat-transfer medium (such as hot water or steam) flowing inside the tubes, these units facilitate forced‑convection heat exchange with the air flowing outside the tubes, thereby regulating air temperature and humidity. As the central heat-exchange components of chiller units, fresh-air handling units, fan coil units, and other equipment, they offer high heat-exchange efficiency, flexible installation, and broad compatibility.

Fresh air ventilator

The ceiling‑mounted fresh air ventilator (ceiling‑type air handling unit) is a central air‑conditioning terminal unit that integrates fresh air exchange, air temperature and humidity control, air filtration and purification, and energy recovery. The unit features a concealed ceiling‑mount installation, suspended within the building’s suspended ceiling. It utilizes chilled water or hot water piping to provide cooling and heating, while simultaneously exhausting indoor stale air and supplying filtered outdoor fresh air. This system not only enhances indoor air quality in enclosed spaces but also regulates air temperature through heat‑exchanger coils, offering both ventilation and central air‑conditioning functions. It delivers energy savings, minimizes floor space occupation, and is widely suited for integration into fresh air systems in commercial, industrial, and large public buildings.

Q-type steam heater

Our company’s Q‑type air heater is an industrial‑grade, forced‑convection heating unit that uses water or steam as the heat transfer medium. It is specifically designed for large‑space applications such as factory and mine workshops, warehouses, large buildings, and drying rooms. The equipment consists of a fan, an electric motor, and a steel finned‑tube radiator integrated into a single unit. Performance tests have demonstrated its stable and reliable operation. By combining “steam heat exchange with forced air supply,” it rapidly heats the air, delivering highly efficient heating and making it one of the mainstream solutions for heating high‑ceiling spaces.
