Cross-flow air curtain machine
The cross‑flow air curtain employs a large‑diameter, slender cross‑flow impeller—also known as a tangential fan—directly driven by a single‑phase motor to generate a wide, planar, high‑velocity airflow. It is installed above or on the side of doorways. The unit features a flat, rectangular profile with a much reduced depth compared to centrifugal models, allowing it to seamlessly integrate into various ceiling designs. It is particularly well suited for spaces with limited headroom and where aesthetics and quiet operation are paramount, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, office buildings, banks, hospitals, and residential garages.
Hot-water centrifugal air curtain machine
The centrifugal air curtain is a high-performance air-separation device specifically designed for tall, spacious lobbies, industrial facilities, cold storage rooms, warehouses, and the main entrances of large shopping malls. Compared with conventional cross-flow (horizontal‑flow) air curtains, it employs a forward‑curved, multi‑blade, dual‑inlet centrifugal fan, offering superior advantages such as high static pressure, long airflow reach, and high outlet air velocity. It can create a dense, continuous air barrier across doorways exceeding 4 meters—or even 6 meters—in height, effectively preventing indoor–outdoor air convection while blocking the ingress of dust, insects, and odors, thereby delivering substantial energy savings and enhanced environmental cleanliness.
Vertical side-blowing air curtain machine
The vertical side‑blowing air curtain (also known as a side‑blowing air barrier) is a box‑type air‑sealing device mounted vertically on one or both sides of a building’s doorway. Powered by a high‑capacity internal fan, it accelerates air and directs a high‑velocity horizontal airflow through elongated side vents, creating an invisible, planar air curtain at the entrance. This model is ideally suited for locations with excessively high doorways or where conventional air curtains cannot be installed due to ceiling height—such as shopping malls, industrial plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities, and garages—effectively preventing indoor–outdoor air exchange, dust, and flying insects from entering.
A ceiling‑mounted air curtain is a through‑flow air‑curtain device whose body is recessed into the suspended ceiling, with only the air outlet visible. Unlike conventional top‑mounted units that expose the entire unit, this type remains concealed above the ceiling, offering a clean, unified appearance. The air outlet is flush with the ceiling or features only a narrow grille, seamlessly blending into the interior design. Equipped with a through‑flow impeller, it delivers uniform, gentle airflow at low noise levels, making it an ideal choice for spaces where aesthetic appeal and quiet operation are paramount—such as hotel lobbies, high‑end office buildings, branded retail stores, conference centers, and banks.
